FAQ

Before you send a file.

Which CAD formats can you review?

STEP, SolidWorks, and native Onshape documents. PDF drawings work for review-only engagements.

How fast is a DFM review?

Most single-part reviews take 2–3 business days after scope confirmation. Larger assemblies are quoted separately.

Can we sign an NDA first?

Yes. Request an NDA before sharing files. A short description of the problem is enough to start.

Where do you work?

Doubler is based in Guelph, Ontario and works remotely with teams across Canada and internationally.

NEXT STEP / 04

Bring us the part that is slowing you down.

A drawing, model, or a short description is enough to start. We will confirm fit and scope before any files are shared.
